Avidian Wealth Solutions Appoints New Director of Financial Planning, Robert Palmer
The Texas wealth management firm’s new director of financial planning comes with an award-winning track record at Fidelity.
HOUSTON, Oct. 3, 2023 — Avidian Wealth Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of their new director of financial planning, Robert Palmer, an award-winning financial planner with a strong background in law.
Palmer comes to Avidian after three years at Fidelity, where he reached the top percentile for financial consultant performance for two consecutive years. His track record of results saw him earn Fidelity’s coveted “Excellence Of Action Award” each year from 2020-2022 and the “Planning Excellence Award” in 2023. Additionally, Palmer has achieved multiple designations including Certified Financial Planner® (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC), and JD.

Looking ahead to his new role, the new DFP plans to focus on expanding education for both advisors and clients, refining visuals for advanced planning solutions, and continuing to enhance the business exit planning and tax strategy capabilities. His long-term vision for Avidian’s financial planning department involves acting as a true director of financial planning for individuals and businesses, facilitating the optimization of a client’s financial achievements and the realization of their legacy goals.
