Mr. Lehrmann is the Texas and Oklahoma Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc. a subsidiary of Houston-Based Stewart Title. During the discussion, we covered many issues related to IRC Code Section 1031 Tax Free Exchanges whereby land owners could exchange their property with other properties while deferring and possibly avoiding any income tax on those transactions.
