Greg Lehrmann

Michael Smith and Scott Bishop hosted a special edition of STA Money Hour with guest Greg Lehrmann, a board certified attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lehrmann is the Texas and Oklahoma Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc. a subsidiary of Houston-Based Stewart Title.  During the discussion, we covered many issues related to IRC Code Section 1031 Tax Free Exchanges whereby land owners could exchange their property with other properties while deferring and possibly avoiding any income tax on those transactions.  For those that own commercial property, ranch land, farm land and/or oil and gas producing property, there is valuable information shared.
