Biography

Jordan Christa serves as Engagement Coordinator at Avidian Wealth, where she works closely with the firm’s M&A team to support growth initiatives, relationship development, and strategic integration efforts. In this role, Jordan drives meaningful engagement with prospective partners and advisors while ensuring consistent follow-up and coordination across every key stage of the M&A process. In addition to her contributions to mergers and acquisitions, Jordan supports Avidian’s recruitment efforts by helping identify, evaluate, and advance talent that aligns with the firm’s culture and long-term objectives. She employs a performance-based hiring approach, prioritizing role clarity, cultural fit, and sustainable impact for the team.

An experienced strategic talent and relationship strategist with deep roots in the wealth management industry, Jordan is the founder of RISE Strategic Recruitment Partners. Through RISE, she built and scaled a relationship-centric recruitment and advisory platform that empowers boutique wealth management firms and RIAs to grow through thoughtful hiring, strategic planning, and lasting partnerships. Her work focuses on data-informed talent engagement and customized recruitment strategies that reflect each firm’s unique culture, growth goals, and vision, delivering consultative execution, thorough candidate vetting, and ongoing support that extends well beyond the initial placement.

Before launching RISE, Jordan gained nearly a decade of recruiting experience in Houston, working exclusively with privately held and boutique firms. Her strong industry network and disciplined, relationship-first approach have consistently enabled organizations to attract and retain talent that drives sustainable success. Jordan is also actively shaping the future of the wealth management industry through collaborations with academic programs and professional organizations, helping develop emerging talent.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Houston.

Outside of work, Jordan cherishes time with her two children, Cheyenne and Bryson, and stays deeply involved in their many activities. Much of her schedule revolves around traveling across Texas for Cheyenne’s club volleyball tournaments, high school tennis matches, choir events, and FFA activities. Their family calendar is rarely quiet, and Jordan embraces the rewarding pace of supporting her children’s passions. She also enjoys traveling, quality family time, and reading about personality dynamics, leadership, and human behavior, reflecting her strong commitment to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
