Rachel Daniels

Biography

Rachel Daniels joined Avidian in 2012 and plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and a client-first approach. She leads key business functions, including client services, technology, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on building scalable and efficient systems that align with the firm’s mission and vision.

Collaborating closely with the CEO, Rachel helps execute strategic initiatives that support the firm’s long-term growth. She is committed to fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing talent acquisition, and implementing forward-thinking solutions that enhance both the client and team member experience.

Her leadership ensures that Avidian Wealth’s operational systems evolve to meet the needs of a growing client base and increasing assets under management. Rachel chairs the Operations, Technology, and Culture Leadership teams and is a member of Avidian’s Executive Leadership Team. In addition, she serves as the Head of Transitions for the M&A Leadership team, working alongside both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth and efficient advisor transitions.

A native of Jersey Village, Rachel now resides in the Cypress area with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, actively serving in her church, and indulging in her love of classic movies and live music.
