Rachel Daniels

Rachel Daniels joined Avidian Wealth Solutions in 2012. As Director of Operations, Rachel works to build an infrastructure to support company growth, maintain the firm’s culture, and build operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Additional responsibilities include managing daily activities within the operations department. She is an intermediary between the operations staff, the Compliance Department, and the Executive Leadership Team. She manages the operations staff and is responsible for establishing and contributing ideas for department processes and procedures.

Rachel is the Chair of the Operations and Technology Leadership Teams and serves on additional leadership teams at Avidian, Client/Advisor Experience, M&A, Compliance, and Culture. Rachel is also the Head of Transitions for our M&A Leadership team, whose members work internally and with external partners toward effective and efficient advisor transitions.

Rachel grew up in Jersey Village and currently resides in the Cypress area. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family, and friends. She is active in her church community and loves classic movies and live music.
