Rachel Daniels

Biography

Rachel Daniels joined Avidian Wealth Solutions in 2012. As Director of Operations, Rachel works to build an infrastructure to support company growth, maintain the firm’s culture, and build administrative operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Additional responsibilities include managing daily activities within the operations department. Serves as an intermediary between operations staff, the Compliance Department, and the Executive Leadership Team. Supervising the operations staff in the performance of their duties and is responsible for establishing or contributing ideas for department processes and procedures.

Rachel is the Chair of the Operations Leadership Team and serves on additional leadership teams at Avidian including Technology, Client/Advisor Experience, M&A, Compliance, and Culture. Rachel serves as the Head of Transitions for our M&A Leadership team, whose members work internally and with external partners towards effective and efficient advisor transitions.

Rachel grew up in Jersey Village and currently resides in the Cypress area. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family, and friends. She is very active in her church community, she loves classic movies, and live music.
